I sit with men until they can see what they couldn't.

This isn't a 12-week program. There's no portal, no video library, no framework to memorize. It's just you, me, and the thing you keep circling. Not therapy. Not hype. The mirror most men never had.

Five to ten men at a time · By design, not marketing

01 · Who this is for

You're probably in one of these places.

You're in your late 20s or early 30s. Career is fine. Life is fine. But there's a quiet voice that keeps asking if this is really it, and you keep answering it with busier.

Or you're a decade into the marriage and the kids and the house and the career, and you can't remember the last time you actually felt alive inside any of it. You're performing the life, not living it.

Or you're an operator. High-performing. You read the books, you track the habits, you know exactly what to do. You just keep not doing it, and the gap between what you say and what you do is starting to cost you.

None of these men are broken. They're blind to something. That's the whole game.

Who this is NOT for

If you're looking for a therapy replacement, trauma processing, or a guru with a system for your whole life, I'm not your person. When therapy is the right call, I say so and refer out. I take a small number of men at a time on purpose.

02 · The work

What actually happens when we work together.

First, some context: I've been coaching something for 18 years. High school lacrosse teams, CrossFit athletes, and now men and their lives. The subject kept changing, the job never did. So this isn't a guy who took a certification course last spring. This is what I do.

I see patterns fast. I watch how a man describes his problem and I hear the thing underneath it that he's been walking around. I name it. That naming is the first shift.

Then we build reps on the thing that actually needs to move. Not the thing that's comfortable to talk about. The real one.

I work from a database of diagnostic frameworks, the Critic Signatures, the Say-Do Gap, Object to Agent. Most of the time they show up in the conversation when they're useful, not as worksheets. Some weeks I'll hand you a specific exercise, because the rep needs to happen between sessions. The work earns the worksheet, not the other way around.

This is the mirror most men never had.

03 · How it works

The four moves.

01

Mirror Session (free)

30 to 45 minutes. Real conversation. I name the loop you're running and tell you whether this is the right shape for the work. If it's not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. Never a sales call.

02

Custom plan

If we move forward, I build a plan for your specific stuckness. Not a template. The shape, cadence, and focus are designed off what came up in the Mirror Session.

03

Your workbook

You get a personalized workbook that holds the plan, the language, and the reps. Built for you. Yours to keep.

04

Reps with me

Weekly sessions until the loop breaks. We adjust as the work reveals what's under the surface. Some men need three sessions, some need six months. The work tells us.

04 · Pricing

What it costs.

I don't post a public sticker price for everything, because the right shape looks different for every man. There are two starting points, and the Mirror Session is always free.

Tier 1 · Power Session
$750 / 3 calls

A focused three-call engagement. Good for a specific decision you're stuck on, one loop you want to break, or a season of transition you want to move through clean. Three 60-minute sessions over four to eight weeks.

Tier 2 · Deeper Engagement
$1,500 – $5,000+

A custom plan and ongoing reps, quoted off the Mirror Session because the right shape depends on you. Typical range: $1,500 for a tighter plan, up to $5,000+ for longer work. No contracts, no forced upsells.

Tanner and Anna

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Christ is my Savior and Redeemer.

Faith is woven through everything I do. I don't lead with it in the work, and I don't require it. Christian and non-Christian men are equally welcome. The men who share the faith know it when they see it.

Men who've sat across from me

The work, in their words.

"I was stuck. Tanner kept asking why. The questions kept going until I actually understood more about myself, not just the situation. By the end I'd landed a new job with a better salary, started challenging things at home, and become a better husband and father. If you feel stuck, work with him."

"He's the first coach who has actually shown me the things I don't always see. His priority is holding up the mirror to show you where you've got blind spots. He calls us on our BS and happily steps into that role. It's out of kindness, because he wants to serve at the highest level."

"When I reached out I was unemployed, motivated but lost. The values exercise he walked me through gave me a blueprint to who I am and an identity I can anchor around my children. Now I'm present. I've done things that altered my reality instead of living inside my head."

The first conversation is free.

Book 30 minutes. Come with the real thing, not the polished version. That's where the work actually starts. Local to Holly Springs? I run a small, private, invitation-only men's group here too.
