Life coaching for men, one honest mirror at a time.

You look fine on the outside. Inside, you're stuck, and you've been quietly carrying it for a while. This is where that ends. No 12-week program, no portal, no framework to memorize. Just you, me, and the thing you keep circling. Not therapy. Not hype. The mirror you never had.

Free, 30-45 minutes. A real conversation, never a sales call.

The work, in their words.

Matt Bowen testimonial
"I was stuck. Tanner kept asking why. The questions kept going until I actually understood more about myself, not just the situation. By the end I'd landed a new job with a better salary, started challenging things at home, and become a better husband and father. If you feel stuck, work with him."

Mary A testimonial
"He's the first coach who has actually shown me the things I don't always see. His priority is holding up the mirror to show you where you've got blind spots. He calls us on our BS and happily steps into that role. It's out of kindness, because he wants to serve at the highest level."
Mary ACoaching client
"When I reached out I was unemployed, motivated but lost. The values exercise he walked me through gave me a blueprint to who I am and an identity I can anchor around my children. Now I'm present. I've done things that altered my reality instead of living inside my head."

01 · Who this is for

Who is this coaching for?

You'll recognize yourself in one of these. That recognition is the first sign this is for you.

You're in your late 20s or early 30s. Career is fine. Life is fine. But there's a quiet voice that keeps asking if this is really it, and you keep answering it by getting busier.

Or you're a decade into the marriage and the kids and the house and the career, and you can't remember the last time you actually felt alive inside any of it. You're performing the life, not living it.

Or you're a high performer. You read the books, you track the habits, you know exactly what to do. You just keep not doing it, and the gap between what you say and what you do is starting to cost you.

You're not broken. You're blind to something. Getting you to see it is the whole game.

Who this is NOT for

If you're looking for a therapy replacement, trauma processing, or a guru with a system for your whole life, I'm not your guy. When therapy is the right call, I say so and refer you out. I take a small number of men at a time on purpose, so the ones I take get the real thing.

02 · The work

What actually happens when we work together.

You describe your problem. I hear the thing underneath it, the one you've been walking around for years, and I name it. That naming is the first shift, and most men feel it in the first conversation.

Then we build reps on the thing that actually needs to move. Not the thing that's comfortable to talk about. The real one. You leave each session with something to carry into your actual week, and we adjust as the work reveals what's under the surface.

There's real method behind it, diagnostic frameworks like the Critic Signatures, the Say-Do Gap, and Object to Agent, but they show up when they're useful, not as homework. The work earns the worksheet, never the other way around.

And you're not getting a guy who took a certification course last spring. I've been coaching for 18 years, from lacrosse teams to CrossFit athletes to men's lives. This is what I do.

The Mirror Session

30 to 45 minutes on the phone. I name the loop you're running and tell you straight whether this work fits. Never a sales call.

A personalized coaching workbook with a near-black cover, cream lettering reading The Work, an orange compass mark and an orange bookmark ribbon
Built for you · yours to keep

Your custom plan, in a workbook

Your plan, your language, your reps, in one personalized workbook. Whether we work together three weeks or six months, it leaves with you.

03 · How it works

Your four moves.

01

You book a Mirror Session

Free. 30 to 45 minutes. I name the loop you're running and tell you whether this is the right shape for the work. If it's not, I point you somewhere better. Never a sales call.

02

You get a custom plan

If we move forward, I build a plan for your specific stuckness. Not a template. The shape, cadence, and focus are designed off what actually came up in your Mirror Session.

03

You keep the workbook

A personalized workbook holds your plan, your language, and your reps. Built for you, yours to keep, whether we work together for three weeks or six months.

04

You do the reps with me

Weekly sessions until the loop breaks. Some men need three sessions, some need six months. The work tells us when you're done, not a contract.

04 · Pricing

What does it cost?

Your first Mirror Session is always free. From there, two starting points, and you'll know which one fits after we talk.

Tier 1 · Power Session
$750 / 3 calls

For a specific decision you're stuck on, one loop you want to break, or a season of transition you want to move through clean. Three 60-minute sessions over four to eight weeks. You leave with the loop named and momentum on it.

Tier 2 · Deeper Engagement
$1,500 – $5,000+

A custom plan and ongoing reps, quoted after your Mirror Session because the right shape depends on you. Roughly $1,500 for a tighter plan, up to $5,000+ for longer work. No contracts, no forced upsells, ever.

Tanner and Anna

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Christ is my Savior and Redeemer.

Faith is woven through everything I do. I don't lead with it in the work, and I don't require it. Christian and non-Christian men are equally welcome. The men who share the faith know it when they see it.

Questions, answered

Fair questions.

What does a life coach for men actually do?

I help you see the pattern you're too close to see yourself. We name the loop you keep running, then build reps on the thing that actually needs to move, not the comfortable one. It's not therapy and it's not a course. It's one honest mirror, weekly, until the loop breaks.

Is this therapy?

No. If you need trauma processing or clinical support, therapy is the right call and I'll say so and refer you out. Coaching is for men who aren't broken but are blind to something. When therapy is the better fit, I tell you.

Do I have to be religious to work with you?

No. Faith is woven through how I work, but I don't lead with it and I don't require it. Christian and non-Christian men are equally welcome.

What is the Mirror Session, exactly?

A free 30 to 45 minute conversation. I name the loop you're running and tell you honestly whether this is the right shape for the work. If it isn't, I point you somewhere better. It's never a sales call.
